1. ABOUT BRIVVOS CONNECT
Brivvos Connect is a business communication application that allows authorized users to access customer conversations, chat services, SMS communications, and voice calling features.
The application may display communication services through a secure WebView connected to Chatwoot and may use Twilio services to provide telephone calls and SMS functionality.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how the application is configured and used, we may collect or process the following categories of information:
a. Account Information
We may process information used to identify and authenticate an authorized user, including:
– Name
– Email address
– Telephone number
– Company or organization name
– User, account, workspace, or organization identifiers
– Authentication and session information
b. Communication Information
When users communicate through Brivvos Connect, we may process:

– SMS messages

– Message delivery status

Brivvos Connect processes microphone audio to provide voice calling functionality.
Calls are not recorded by Brivvos Connect unless call recording has been specifically enabled through the applicable organization’s telephony configuration. When recording is enabled, the organization responsible for the account must provide any notices and obtain any consents required by applicable law.
d. Device and Technical Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
– Device type
– Operating system and version
– Application version
– IP address
– Device or application identifiers
– Login records
– Error logs
– Crash information
– Performance and diagnostic information
e. Support Information
When users contact us for assistance, we may collect the information included in the support request, such as contact information, screenshots, technical details, and the content of the request.
3. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
Brivvos Connect may request access to certain device features when required to provide its functionality.
These permissions may include:
– Microphone access for voice calls
– Notification access for communication alerts
– Camera or photo library access when a user chooses to upload an image
– File access when a user chooses to attach a document
The application only accesses these device features after permission is granted through the device’s operating system.
Users may manage permissions through their device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent certain application features from functioning correctly.

Chatwoot may be used to display, organize, store, and manage customer support conversations and communication history.
Twilio
Twilio services may be used to provide voice calling, telephone routing, SMS delivery, and related communication functionality.
Apple
Apple may process information related to application distribution, device permissions, push notifications, diagnostics, and App Store services according to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
Hosting and Infrastructure Providers
We may use hosting, database, security, monitoring, and infrastructure providers to operate and protect the application.
These service providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their services to us or to the organization operating the applicable Brivvos Connect account.
6. ORGANIZATION-CONTROLLED DATA
Brivvos Connect may be provided to users through their employer, business, customer, or other organization.
In these situations, the organization that controls the account may determine:
– Which users may access the application
– Which conversations users may view
– Which telephone numbers are connected
– How long communications are retained
– Whether call recording is enabled
– How customer information is used
– When an account or communication is deleted
Users may need to contact the organization responsible for their account regarding access, correction, or deletion of organization-controlled information.
7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information:
– With service providers operating the application
– With the organization responsible for the user’s account
– With authorized users of the same organization or workspace
– When required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental request
– To investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity
– To protect the rights, safety, property, or security of users, JC Friends LLC, or others

JC Friends LLC does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
We do not use communication content for third-party behavioral advertising.

– Provide Brivvos Connect
– Maintain the applicable organization’s account
– Complete communications requested by users
– Meet contractual obligations
– Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements

Retention periods may also depend on the settings and instructions of the organization responsible for the account.
Information may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or disaster recovery systems after deletion from active systems.
9. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet transmission, mobile application, telephone network, messaging system, or electronic storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where JC Friends LLC or its service providers operate.
These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of the user’s location.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

13. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Brivvos Connect is intended for authorized business and professional users.
The application is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
